What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering full lifecycle D365 Business Central implementations from discovery through to go-live
- Managing and executing upgrade projects, including on-premises to SaaS migrations
- Running client-facing workshops and requirements-gathering sessions independently
- Configuring and implementing Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory modules
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients - understanding their business, challenging where appropriate, and guiding them toward the right solutions
- Managing scope, change control and delivery boundaries commercially and confidently
- Collaborating with project managers, technical consultants and clients to drive successful outcomes
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on D365 Business Central or NAV functional experience
- Proven full lifecycle implementation delivery
- Experience with upgrade projects (on-prem to SaaS preferred)
- Strong Finance module knowledge
- Solid working knowledge across Sales, Purchasing and Inventory
- Confident running client workshops independently
- Commercially aware - clear understanding of scope, change control and delivery boundaries
- Strong communication skills; able to challenge and guide clients with confidence
Desirable
- MB-800 certified
- Experience with Service Management and/or the Projects / Jobs module
- Exposure to Manufacturing or distribution environments
- Multi-entity or multi-country deployment experience
- Familiarity with DevOps or structured delivery tooling
