  • You must have a background in overseeing the operation of high turnover restaurants/bars.
  • This paired with experience in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

  • Going hand in hand with being customer focused and service inspired, you must be a results orientated manager and have an in-bedded urge to constantly aim to deliver success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To achieve company targets such as sales, food costs, labour costs.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout each department to exceed customer expectations.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit and train new members of staff with the support of the rest of the management team both front of house and back of house.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to drive sales and ‘think outside the box’ and keep in touch with the local community to maximise sales opportunities.
