Through a Menu concept developed by our award-winning executive chef, we serve great food from Breakfast through until dinner and are looking for a determined, driven Manager to challenge themselves and our team in Leeds. We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager (minimum 1 year role exposure) to assist in leading our dynamic team in Leeds. Are you a promising and confident leader? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- You must have a background in overseeing the operation of high turnover Restaurants / Bars.
- We require someone who has a Minimum of 1 year in an Assistant role who is ready to learn, progress and challenge themselves to become confident at the full operation of running a site successfully.
- This paired with experience in a fast paced and ever-changing environment is essential.
- We are driven to deliver the highest possible standards of customer service and aim to exceed our customers expectations.
- Going hand in hand with being customer focused and service inspired, you must be a results orientated Manager and have an in-bedded urge to constantly aim to deliver success.
- A flexible approach to the demands of the industry and a desire to develop your people around you are a must.
