We’re hiring for a Business Development Executive to join our Nottingham office in a recruitment sales role where performance is directly rewarded.

The role

This is a full-cycle commercial role where you’ll build your own market, develop client relationships, source candidates, manage processes, negotiate deals, and close placements.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Generating new business through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
  • Developing your own client base within a specialist market
  • Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates
  • Managing client and candidate conversations
  • Negotiating terms, closing placements, and earning commission

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for ambitious salespeople with 1–5 years’ experience in a target-driven environment. You may currently be a Business Development Executive, SDR, BDR, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Telesales Executive, Lead Generator, or working in another B2B sales role.
