Job Description

Main Purpose of Job

To provide hardware and software technical support, including maintenance, repairs, advice and installations to the estate across the UK. The position is based from the Bodmin offices but does involve some away working when required. Transport is supplied.

Key Tasks

Respond to callouts within the timescale of contractual obligations

Installation of GP medical Systems

Diagnose problems and repair or remedy as required

Install and set-up computer systems / equipment

Maintenance of accurate records to meet Company deadlines

Knowledge & Skills

General:

·Windows Server, desktop administration and networking

·Linux/unix server administration and networking.

·General understanding of Computer systems and their architecture

·Social and written communication

·Good telephone manner/etiquette

Training

Technical skills development provided under a defined advancement framework and foundation skill set.
