Homecare Carer – Female Client (Autism, Bipolar Disorder, Epilepsy) Location: E14 Hours: Evening and weekend visits Type: Part-time / Flexible hours We are currently seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and proactive Support Worker to assist a young female client who has been diagnosed with autism, bipolar disorder, and epilepsy. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of these conditions and the ability to provide person-centred support in a calm, respectful, and engaging manner. Our client is an intelligent and vibrant young woman who enjoys companionship and values positive, meaningful interactions. She would benefit from a Support Worker who is bubbly, friendly, and full of life, someone who can build trust and bring warmth to her daily routine. Key Responsibilities: Provide evening support, including assistance with meal preparation and shared activities such as watching TV and walking her dogs. Accompany the client on local outings and visits to various places around London (typically on Thursdays). Support weekend activities and help promote independence, structure, and wellbeing. Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times. Be confident and comfortable working in a home with two dogs and a cat. Requirements: Experience or understanding of supporting individuals with autism, bipolar disorder, and epilepsy. A warm, patient, and energetic personality.
