Do you recruit at Senior Executive or C-Suite level? We are representing a highly regarded International Finance, Tech, Real Estate & Consumer Exec Search agency; who focus largely on mid-senior leadership roles from £80k+. With 30+ years of being synonymous with excellence in C-Suite & Leadership recruitment, alongside continued growth within their FS team; they are aiming to strengthen and grow their Manchester office.

Our client is looking to appoint 1-2 Senior people with strong C-Suite and Senior Executive level relationships, who want to advance their career and deliver the world-class end-to-end retained search process to their clients globally. You will have a passion and desire to offer the highest level of service; working on mid to senior-level positions with salaries of £80K-£400K, interim rates £600-£2000 day.

As a subject matter expert, you will have strong C/Exec level relationships, with the ability to open doors within the FS sector; across various sectors including FinTech, InsurTech, Asset Management, Banking, FX, Payments, Private Equity or Digital Assets. You will have strong client-facing and business development skills with the ability to manage both existing clients and develop new clients from scratch.

You will be a subject matter expert in financial services, in functions such as Finance, Cyber, AI/Data, Innovation, product, sales, marketing, strategy, operations or HR.
