- We’re looking for reliable
HGV drivers to deliver, set up and support mobile medical units across the UK.
This is a hands-on role combining driving, Unit setup, and on-site support.
You’ll be trusted to represent the company and make sure each unit is ready for clinical teams to work safely.
Driving is only a small part of this role.
The main focus is supporting the build, setup, and preparation of mobile medical units, so this is best suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work outside the cab.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving rigid vehicles, Side Loader and Class 1 HGVs to sites across the UK
- Positioning and setting up mobile medical units
- Supporting on-site operations and packing down at the end of deployment
- Carrying out basic vehicle checks and minor maintenance
- Keeping vehicles clean, tidy, and road-ready
- Completing driver paperwork and staying compliant with Drivers’ Hours & WTD
- Site surveys for potential unit builds
- Some work will be yard-based preparing units between deployments.

- Occasional evenings and weekends
- Regular nights away from home (overnight allowance paid)

- UK Class 1 driving licence
- Safe, professional driver with a good attitude
- Comfortable working away from home
- Customer-focused and able to work on your own or as part of a team
- Happy with hands-on work outside the cab
- Ensure on site risk assessments, site surveys are conducted and all records are submitted promptly and accurately.

- HGV driving experience
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge

Fitness: Some of your daily roles may require physical stamina, such as the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
