Overview of the role: We are looking for an experienced FM Performance and Reporting Manager to lead the performance measurement, data analysis, and reporting within our Facilities Management (FM) department. You will play a key role in optimising service delivery, managing relationships with service providers, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop performance management frameworks and track FM service performance against SLAs.
  • Create performance reports for leadership on metrics such as cost, service delivery, and sustainability.
  • Analyse vendor performance and ensure contract compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation in reporting.
  • Support budgeting, financial tracking, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong FM knowledge and performance frameworks experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and FM systems (CAFM/CMMS).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance management, data analysis, or reporting in FM or a related field.
  • Familiarity with FM systems and reporting tools; certifications in FM (IFMA, BIFM) are a plus.
