We are seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our FM Clients team, based on sites across London & Hertfordshire (mobile role).
Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- PPM and Reactive Maintenance Tasks across a number of sites.
- Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Maintenance at a number of Commercial sites across London & Hertfordshire.
- Liaison with Clients and Sub-Contractors as required.
- General repairs and maintenance.
The successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will have:
- Experience working on a Mobile maintenance contract.
- An extensive trades background in maintenance, installations and repairs.
- Either a Mechanical or Electrical bias.
- A full, clean driving license.
