We are seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our FM Clients team,based on sites across London & Hertfordshire (mobile role).
Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- PPM and Reactive Maintenance Tasks across a number of sites.
- Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric
- Maintenance at a number of Commercial sites across London & Hertfordshire
- Liaison with Clients and Sub-Contractors as required
- General repairs and maintenance
The successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will have:
- Experience working on a Mobile maintenance contract.
- An extensive trades background maintenance, installations and repairs
- Either a Mechanical or Electrical bias
