About the Role: We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Executive in Internal Sales and Business Development to support our business expansion. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a proven track record in B2B sales (Ideally in Packaging sales) and has a passion for growth through hard work, success, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and expanding sales with existing key accounts.
  • Handling orders via phone and email, processing sales orders, and coordinating dispatch with the warehouse team.
  • Raising replenishment purchase orders to suppliers to maintain necessary stock levels.
  • Learning product and market trends to stay informed.
  • Resolving customer issues related to product quality, shortages, damages, and delivery issues.
  • Generating leads and developing business through phone, email, and in-person meetings with prospective clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales reports as required by management.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of new sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Providing daily reports of field sales success and delivering Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to senior management.
  • Demonstrating strong sales management skills within a B2B environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B product sales and managing key accounts.
  • Willingness to travel at least once a week to visit clients, attend sample trials, and observe products in action.
  • Excellent communication skills with a "can-do" attitude, capable of building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and service providers.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
