Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion.

Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients on a wide range of conveyancing issues.

Conduct title checks, prepare and review contracts, and manage the exchange and completion process.

Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.

Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met in line with current legislation, SRA regulations and CQS requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using a case management system.

Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong professional relationships.

Identify and mitigate risks in line with firm policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Experience:

Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with conveyancing experience.

Minimum [1–3+] years PQE or equivalent experience in residential property law.

Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and associated legislation.

Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Commitment to providing a high standard of client service.

Experience in leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions.

Experience with complex property matters.
