We are currently recruiting for a Head Bartender to join the iconic May Fair Bar at The 5 Star May Fair Hotel.
- An amazing opportunity to join the May Fair Bar team located within our 5 Star May Fair Hotel as a Head Bartender.
- The role will involve working in a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the May Fair Bar team and our brand standards.
- You will be expected to lead and support the bar team, including training, coaching, and developing the bar team.
- Be competent with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco, and Micros, and achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.
About You:
- Previous Head Bartender experience in a high-end liquor led bar operation is essential.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Experience in leading, training, and coaching a team.
- Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with the latest liquor and food trends.
