Ideal Profile:

Strong Apex, LWC, and platform development skills

Deep understanding of the Salesforce Insurance Cloud data model

Experience in solution build, configuration, and integration (API knowledge important)

Comfortable working in a design-first, Agile environment
Nice to have:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II

Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer (valuable for Insurance Cloud)

Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Background in insurance, underwriting, or claims platforms
