What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the development lifecycle in a scrum team across solution design, build, deployment, and support.
- Ensuring best practices are followed using tools like Copado, GitHub, Codescan.io, Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and more.
- Managing and monitoring code quality, performing code reviews, and validating test coverage.
- Maintaining a Kanban board and contributing to Agile ceremonies, including estimation sessions and retrospectives.
- Leading deployment readiness, including rehearsals, implementation planning, and governance alignment.
- Designing and running Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Tracking contact center performance metrics and ensuring platform uptime.
- Supporting and mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with testers and cross-functional team members.
What You Bring:
- Salesforce expertise - Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Classic & Lightning Web Components (LWC/Aura).
- DevOps savvy - Proven experience with deployment pipelines, automation, and tooling.
- Architecture know-how - Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and scalable design principles.
- Amazon Connect experience - Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) integration knowledge.
- Strong documentation and communication skills - able to present clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A team-oriented mindset - collaborative, supportive, and passionate about sharing knowledge.
