- Description
- Chief Product Officer
Duel is a protest against everything wrong in gambling.
The purest, fairest casino ever built.
The Vatican of gamba.
We're waging holy war on scammers, fake bets, and dark patterns; and we need someone to lead the product that proves it's possible to do this differently.
The role
You own the product.
Vision, roadmap, execution, all of it.
You sit at the intersection of engineering, design, and the business and make sure everything we build actually matters.
You'll work directly with the founder and have real authority to shape what Duel becomes.
There is no product org yet. You're building it: the team, the process, the culture. From scratch.
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage roadmaps in peace.
The product is the protest.
Every feature, every game, every UX decision is a statement about what gambling should be.
You need to feel that.
What you'll do
- Own the full product vision and roadmap across casino, sportsbook, and games
- Drive the Pv P games roadmap: zero-edge prediction markets, real-world event betting, skill-based formats that don't exist yet. This is the strategic priority.
- Design and ship original games: not reskins, not third-party integrations. Concepts, mechanics, math, shipped.
- Build and lead a product team as we scale
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship fast and ship right
- Use player behaviour, data, and instinct to find what to build next
- Kill bad ideas quickly, including your own
- Be a product voice the whole company trusts
- What you'll need
- Proven CPO or senior product leadership experience
- You've built original games; conceived the mechanics, understood the math, shipped them. Not just managed a backlog.
- Fluent in game math: RTP, variance, hit rates, edge modelling. This is the language of the product.
- Deep understanding of the gambler mindset, ideally crypto-native
- Comfortable building a team and function from zero, not inheriting one
- Track record of shipping products that actually moved the needle on aggressive timelines
- Strong enough to fight for your ideas, humble enough to be wrong
Come build the casino that breaks the industry.
