Description
Duel is a protest against everything wrong in gambling.
The purest, fairest casino ever built.
The Vatican of gamba.
We're waging holy war on scammers, fake bets, and dark patterns; and we need someone to make sure the world knows about it.
The role
You own the brand.
How it looks, how it sounds, how it moves, how it fights.
This is not a performance marketing role hiding behind dashboards.
We need someone who can make Duel impossible to ignore: through stunts, activations, content, provocation, and sheer creative force.
You'll work directly with the founder and have the freedom to do things no other casino would dare.
Duel's brand is a weapon. The product backs up every claim. Your job is to point that weapon at the right people, at the right time, in the most memorable way possible.
What you'll do
- Own brand strategy and creative direction across every channel
- Plan and execute disruptive campaigns, activations, and stunts that generate attention without buying it
- Build Duel's presence on social and community platforms into something people actually follow
- Manage KOL and influencer relationships: find the right voices, not the biggest ones
- Rage-bait when it's smart. Know the line. Dance on it.
- Turn Duel's anti-establishment positioning into cultural moments, not just marketing copy
- Build and lead a marketing team from the ground up
- Collaborate with product and community to make sure the brand lives inside the experience, not just around it
- What you'll need
- Senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in gaming, gambling, crypto, or entertainment
- A portfolio of work that made people talk; campaigns, stunts, moments. Show us what you started.
- Natural instinct for culture, internet, and what makes something spread
- Comfortable with controversy as a strategy, not just a side effect
- Builder, not a presenter. You execute, not just deck.
- Crypto-native or deep in the space. If you need a primer on degen culture, this isn't for you.
- Strong enough to own a creative vision, flexible enough to let the founder burn it down and start again
Come make the casino the industry can't stop talking about.
