We are looking for a full-time Welcoming Host for our Outlet store in Bicester.
As a brand ambassador, your missions will be the following:
- Be in charge of managing customer flows and optimizing the queue at the entrance to the store;
- Invite customers to join the loyalty program by scanning a QR code;
- Recall eventual Covid measures;
- Offer an exceptional welcome to our customers, as soon as they enter the shop;
- Make them discover the specificities of the store and the Dolce & Gabbana universe;
- Respond to their inquiries;
- Understand their needs and refer them to the Sales Advisors;
- Passionately embody the image of the brand and the philosophy of our brand;
- Enter CRM information on our IT tool.
This position takes place both indoors and outdoors.
You are positive, friendly, rigorous, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You must be fluent in English. A second language is a plus.
