This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced housekeeping professional who enjoys working to high standards and wants to be part of a beautiful, fast-paced and varied estate environment.

You’ll support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping operation across the estate, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest experience.

The role would suit someone who is organised, hands-on and confident leading a team, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine pride in delivering outstanding standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Housekeeping Manager with the day-to-day running of the housekeeping operation.
  • Help lead, motivate and develop the housekeeping team.
  • Ensure bedrooms, guest accommodation and estate areas are maintained to an exceptional standard.
  • Carry out regular quality checks and ensure agreed standards are consistently achieved.
  • Assist with rotas, staff allocation and daily workload planning.
  • Support the smooth preparation of accommodation for guests, events and busy periods.
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment and stock levels.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Deal professionally with any guest queries or housekeeping issues.
  • Work closely with other departments across the estate to ensure an excellent overall guest experience.
  • Support the Housekeeping Manager with maintaining health, safety and operational standards.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in housekeeping supervision or management , ideally within a luxury hotel, private estate, high-end accommodation or similar environment.

You’ll need to be

  • Experienced in maintaining high housekeeping standards.
  • Confident supervising and supporting a team.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a busy, ever-changing environment.
  • Professional, reliable and well presented.
  • A strong communicator with a hands-on approach.
  • Flexible regarding working hours and weekend requirements.

A driver with access to your own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence – essential.

  • Shifts across 7 days, with weekends on a rota or according to business requirements
