Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements from key stakeholders throughout the business
- Provide training and collaterals to ensure optimum usage across practice
- Support knowledge system strategy with continuous improvement including support, maintenance, pilot and implementation of new features.
Experience
- Educated to degree level
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting lawyers with Legal Technology, in particular HighQ Collaborate
- Passion for Legal Technology and Knowledge systems
- Agile Project Management
- Stakeholder management
- Analytical problem solver, with high attention to details
