Responsibilities
- Evolve People Analytics – defining current / future requirements & reporting tools
- Manage / analyse complex workforce data; delivering insight & data driven solutions
- Work with key internal stakeholders to develop tailored reporting capability
- Drive analytics & reporting through utilisation, providing coaching and training
- Lead the move into predictive analytics and analysis
Experience
Educated to degree level you have strong progressive experience in Workforce Analytics and reporting, as well as:
- Strong analytics and data management experience in a variety of tools, used both to analyse and present data
- Workforce analytics data strategy and people analytics interventions
- Data visualisation and dashboarding; Power BI, Tableau
- Predictive analytics / statistical analysis
- Desirable; SQL and Workday
