James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a specialist to lead hands-on quantitative analysis and translating into visualisations for data-driven decisions, paving the way for data innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Through mathematical and statistical methods collect, organize, interpret, and summarize data.
  • Performing data analysis in support of finding trends, patterns, and useful outcomes.
  • Create visual summary of information in dashboards, infographics and/or images that tell the story behind the data, presenting in written or verbal form to management and clients.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop data analysis and project-related requirements to leverage data to solve business needs.
  • Automate manual data analysis processes, streamline data intake and analytics.
  • Analyse large amounts of raw information to find patterns in support of a business process.
  • Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

Experience

  • Degree level in data science, computer science, statistics or engineering with demonstrated data & analytics success in professional services.
  • Experience with statistical programming languages (such as Python, SAS, R).
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Iridium.
  • Demonstrated business analysis, solution design, consulting.
  • Knowledge of statistics, machine learning and NLP.
  • Experience in embedding dashboards within collaboration technologies (such as Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and HighQ).
