Construction Site Manager - Construction - York - Up to £55,000    About the company    Our client is a leading Design & Build contractor that operates across the UK & Europe managing high profile construction projects.    They have an excellent reputation within the industry and are one of the leaders in their field. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong project management experience within a commercial/heavy construction environment.    Construction Site Manager - The Details  Up to £55,000  Strong benefits package Significant scope for further career development  Construction Site Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements  Day-to-day site management and coordination Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders Planning and monitoring the construction programme Ensuring work is delivered to required quality, programme and safety standards Managing site logistics and sequencing of works Health & safety / site compliance Liaising with the wider Huber project-management and construction teams Monitoring progress through to completion/handover Construction/site-management experience Experience managing subcontractors and construction activities Strong H&S awareness SMSTS or equivalent site-management qualification would be highly relevant CSCS management-level card Ability to read/understand construction drawings and programmes Ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders Willingness to work on construction sites around the UK Experience with large/complex construction projects would be advantageous About Us Detail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
