We have a fantastic opportunity for a Social Media & Content Executive to join a well-established fashion retailer. This role sits within a fast-paced head office environment and plays a key part in driving digital growth through engaging content and strong social media presence.
The Social Media & Content Executive will support the planning and delivery of social strategy, creating compelling content and driving engagement, brand awareness and online performance across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:- Support the development and execution of seasonal social media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content across all key social media channels.
- Manage influencer outreach, collaborations, and relationships, including briefing and contract coordination.
- Work with internal teams to produce creative, on-brand content including copy, imagery, and video.
- Lead day-to-day social media activity, including posting, community management and responding to engagement.
- Utilise paid social activity to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools, producing regular reports and insights to optimise future activity.
- Track competitor and market trends, providing updates and recommendations.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting on social performance and trading impact.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand identity and customer focus.
- Contribute to the development of social presence across multiple brand channels.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing social media platforms, strong copywriting skills and a creative mindset. You should be highly organised, commercially aware, and confident working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Experience within fashion or a similar industry would be advantageous.
