Courmacs Legal is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Head of Financial Mis-Selling to support the Head of Department in leading a team of approximately 40 employees. As second-in-command, you will support four Team Leaders, oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance and productivity, and maintain high standards of quality, compliance and client service.
You will also deputise for the Head of Department when required.
