We are opening a new office in Farnham and are looking for an ambitious Consultant to join the team.

Executive search is changing quickly. Better technology, stronger data and intelligent use of AI can make it easier to understand markets, identify exceptional people and create commercial opportunities. We have invested heavily in this area and are looking for someone excited by how these tools can improve the way recruitment is done.

You will work closely with an experienced senior colleague, combining technology and market intelligence with the conversations and relationships that remain at the heart of successful search.

The role will include:

  • Using AI, research technology and our proprietary data platform to understand markets and identify relevant people
  • Researching consulting firms, specialist sectors and senior talent
  • Approaching and speaking with experienced professionals
  • Assessing candidates’ experience, motivation and suitability
  • Supporting international executive search assignments
  • Building relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Identifying market developments and potential commercial opportunities
  • Progressing towards responsibility for your own searches and client relationships
  • Helping us improve how we use AI and technology across the search process

We are open to people with experience in recruitment, executive search, sales or another commercially focused role. We will also consider an exceptional graduate who is confident, curious and able to develop quickly.

You do not need to be a technical specialist, but you should be comfortable experimenting with new tools, questioning how work is done and learning new systems. You will also need the confidence to pick up the telephone, engage senior people and build genuine professional relationships.

This is an opportunity to join a new office at an early stage, work directly with an experienced recruiter and develop within an established international business that is actively investing in the future of executive search.

The position is based in our Farnham office five days per week.

If you are commercially ambitious, interested in people and markets, and excited by how AI is reshaping recruitment, we would be interested in speaking.
