Sous Chef – Restaurant
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this ambitious creative dining restaurant, working alongside a passionate Head Chef. As Sous Chef, you’ll support with the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing a la carte service. You’ll be creating modern British cuisine, using the finest seasonal ingredients, everything is prepared in house with the menus changing weekly. The Person Previous experience within quality fresh food restaurants is needed, ideally to a 2AA+ standard. Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
