I have a wonderful opportunity for a Manager who has a chef background to take over the management of the catering department at this Academy school near Lewisham.

With 1100 pupils on site, the catering department offers breakfast and lunch service throughout the week along with some hospitality and events.

The food at the school is of a very high standard with a massive focus on attention to detail and creativeness.

They are looking for a strong manager who has a solid chef background from either education or B&I market.
