Lead the projects that keep buildings moving forward. We're looking for a BMS Small Works Supervisor to oversee smaller BMS modifications, upgrades, remedial works and optimisation projects.
You'll combine hands-on technical knowledge with responsibility for coordinating engineers and ensuring works are delivered properly, on time and to specification.
Responsibilities
- Supervise BMS small works projects.
- Coordinate engineers and subcontractors.
- Review project requirements and technical documentation.
- Support quotations and scope development.
- Carry out site surveys.
- Monitor project progress and quality.
- Assist with commissioning and handover.
- Resolve technical issues on site.
- Liaise directly with customers.
- Identify additional works opportunities.
- Ensure H&S and company standards are maintained.
Experience
- Strong BMS engineering background.
- Experience with small works, remedials or projects.
- Previous supervisory experience advantageous.
- Good understanding of HVAC controls.
- Strong customer-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Full UK driving licence.
