In this role, you join Clarke Willmott’s renowned family team in Bristol to handle a range of privately funded financial remedy matters, private children law and cohabitation disputes. You will work with a client base that includes professionals, high net worth individuals, and clients with business interests. Responsibilities
- Manage complex family law matters including financial remedy, private children law, and cohabitation disputes
- Ensure compliance with information security and firm policies
- Collaborate with the team and leverage local professional connections
- Participate in business development activities within the team
- Manage multiple cases and clients with minimal supervision
- Deliver high-quality client service with clear written and oral communication
- Proactively anticipate clients' needs and plan ahead
Key requirements
- 4+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Technically excellent and commercially aware
- Solid litigation foundation with knowledge of non-court practices
- Team player with client-focused approach
- Strong academic background and excellent communication/organizational skills
- Proactive, independent, able to handle multiple matters simultaneously
