b Overview /b p As a Senior Associate in our Housing Management team, you will handle a mix of litigation and advisory matters for registered providers and local authorities. You contribute to a high-growth, nationally recognised practice and help deliver practical, high-quality housing solutions. You will supervise junior team members and collaborate with colleagues to manage a varied caseload. This role offers exposure to large national frameworks and a culture that values development and flexible working. You will drive client service excellence and shape housing policy through practice leadership. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li flexible benefits /li li learning and development programme /li li wellbeing initiatives /li li flexible working arrangements /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Litigation and advisory work in housing management /li li Possession proceedings including anti-social behaviour, sub-let, failed succession and trespass /li li Advice on tenancy management, income, relationships, succession, assignment, mental health /li li Equality Act / public law advice /li li Injunction proceedings against tenants, shared owners/leaseholders, and non-tenants /li li Review and drafting of policy, procedure and tenancy agreements /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience in a Housing Management team, ideally with Registered Providers / Local Authorities /li li Ambition and interest in the social housing sector /li li Supervision of junior members of the team /li li Strong interpersonal and communication skills /li li Ability to multitask on a varied caseload /li li Team player with a can-do attitude /li li Advocacy experience is advantageous but not essential /li /ul ul li Strong interpersonal and communication skills /li li Team player /li li Enthusiastic about delivering quality and service /li li Can-do attitude /li li Advocacy experience (advantageous) /li li Litigation and advisory capabilities in housing management /li /ul
