The Role of the Head Chef: Lead and motivate the kitchen team, creating a positive working environment
Deliver high-quality fresh food with consistency and attention to detail
Manage stock control, ordering, food costs and kitchen performance
Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Support the recruitment, training and development of junior chefs
Work closely with the management team to maintain excellent standards and drive the business forward
About You: We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Is passionate about cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
Has excellent leadership and organisational skills
Thrives in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
Takes pride in delivering consistently high standards
Is committed to developing and inspiring their team
