We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and personable Deputy Manager to join a fantastic hospitality business at a beautiful, high-end fresh food gastro pub close to Chipping Norton.

Working alongside the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, helping to lead, motivate and develop the team while ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout.
The Role As Deputy Manager, you will:
Support the General Manager in the smooth and successful running of the business.
Lead, motivate and inspire the front-of-house team, creating a positive working environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest receives a fantastic experience.
Maintain consistently high standards of service, presentation and hospitality.
Take responsibility for shifts, ensuring the operation runs efficiently and professionally.
Assist with staff training, development, recruitment and performance management.
Help drive sales, control costs and maximise business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat business.
Lead by example, bringing energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality.
What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a quality-led pub, restaurant or hotel.
A genuine passion for fresh food, great service and high standards.
A natural leader who enjoys developing and motivating a team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A hands-on approach with the confidence to take responsibility and make decisions.
Someone ambitious who is keen to develop their career within a growing hospitality business.
