The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or strong Supervisor within a pub or busy hospitality venue. A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of pub operations.
