We are looking for an Account Executive to support the Account Director and Business Director across the travel & luxury team, which consists of account management strategy, planning and insight, working across British Airways, Iberia, Mandarin Oriental, The Dorchester and Nikon. The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the account, and liaises with internal departments and key client stakeholders. The role will enable them to develop an understanding of all aspects of the client, account and project management.
Responsibilities
- To support the team in the running of all elements of the content and commercial account. This includes print, digital, social, video, experiential and eCRM.
- To develop a clear understanding of the clients’ business objectives, brand priorities, and be proactive and creative; adding value to their relationship with Cedar.
- Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets.
- Responding to clients' requests as they arise with a 24 hour SLA period.
- Overseeing the client briefing and approval process.
- Client liaison with key stakeholders; briefing the editorial and creative teams; and trafficking pages/content for sign off.
- Maintain processes and systems that ensure the running of these account activities – including schedules, content calendars, and status reports.
- Attend weekly and monthly status meetings to ensure up to date on all projects and opportunities.
- Attend client meetings to represent Cedar and provide updates.
- Ensure the team members at Cedar produce high quality content on time, and within budget to client guidelines and briefs.
- Produce contact reports after all client meetings and circulate to all attendees.
- Organise and attend key meetings throughout the year, both internally and with clients.
- Producing presentations and proposals for clients as required.
- Leading internal and external meetings.
- Attend shoots as required.
- Book freelance team members as required.
- Manage holiday calendars to ensure resource is available.
- Cover for travel core team when on annual leave.
- Manage budgets and invoices.
- Working with BA Media team to effectively deliver advertising from 3rd parties and develop commercial opportunities with BA.

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good personal skills: ability to listen, understand, motivate and push back on internal and client teams.
