We're looking for a chef to join the team at this busy casual dining restaurant.

9 - 5 Day Shifts only, Working 5 days out of 7, up to 500 covers per day.

Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire.

This busy casual dining restaurant is part of a very popular retail and leisure destination. It's a busy place serving brunch, lunch, teas, coffees and cakes for up to 500 people per day. The food is British classics and pub favourites, along with lighter options like salads and jacket potatoes.

The kitchen runs on an informal, team system where everyone plays their part in providing a great service through the day. The restaurant closes at 5pm, so working hours are strictly daytime only.

As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a section of the kitchen. You will prepare and present all dishes to the required standard. You should be calm under pressure, a good team player and able to train and supervise junior chefs. Good allergens and food hygiene knowledge is also essential.
