Our client, a leading international real estate provider, is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of commercial properties across Leeds. This is a senior role responsible for delivering hard and soft FM services, managing service charge budgets, supplier and team performance, compliance, and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage service charge budgets and expenditure. Lead site teams and manage supplier performance. Oversee M IWFM/RICS desirable. Strong communication and IT skills.
