We are seeking warm, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our pool of Receptionists, supporting a range of corporate and commercial clients across London on an ad-hoc temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating positive first impressions. You will play a key part in ensuring visitors, clients, and colleagues feel welcomed, supported, and valued from the moment they arrive.

As a Receptionist, you will provide professional front-of-house support across a variety of client sites. No two shifts are the same, so you will need to be adaptable, organised, and confident managing multiple responsibilities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
