Accounts Receivable Assistant | Permanent | Stoke | £23,000 - £24,500

Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a reputable Education provider to appoint an Accounts Receivable Assistant to their busy and growing team. The role offers hybrid working as well as exposure to various finance systems and processes.

Duties will include:

  • Producing customer invoices in finance system (Oracle Fusion)
  • Managing debt collection from commercial and non-commercial customers
  • Reconciling and administering accounts and processing through invoicing system
  • Working and liaising with wider teams to resolve account queries via phone and email


The successful candidate:

  • Experience working with large data sets and volumes of data
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software or similar
