Bouygues UK is expanding its team and seeks a Preconstruction Manager to lead bids across Residential, Offices, Education and Healthcare for New Build or Refurbishment projects. You will report to the Preconstruction Director, own the bid strategy and coordinate the Bid Team and partners to deliver compelling, costed solutions.
The role requires substantial pre-construction experience, strong negotiation and commercial awareness, and the ability to translate client requirements into deliverable solutions.
