At A Glance, we're one of the fastest-growing companies in unattended retail tech - 800+ customers, 150+ people, and a product that's redefining how the world shops. Now we need a detail-oriented and highly skilled Assembly Technician to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of our innovative vending machines, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Get hands-on with machine assembly - You’ll help build our smart vending machines from the ground up, assembling frames, wiring systems, and installing key components. You'll follow clear, step-by-step processes (SOPs) for assembly tasks.
  • Stay on schedule - You’ll work efficiently to meet deadlines without cutting corners. Punctuality, focus, and pride in your work will help you stay on track while delivering high-quality results.
  • Become a quality pro - You’ll learn how to spot issues before they become problems - checking for defects and helping us aim for 100% quality control success, every time.
  • Learn, grow, and level up - In your first two months, you’ll be paired with a Senior Technician who’ll show you the ropes. You’ll get hands-on training and build a solid understanding of how our machines and processes work.
  • Work smart, stay safe - You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop - following health and safety guidelines and taking care of the tools and space.

What You'll Bring

  • Hands-on know-how - You’re confident with tools, mechanical parts, and diagrams and you enjoy figuring out how things fit and function. If something needs building, fixing, or improving, you're ready to dive in.
  • An eye for the details - You take pride in precision. Whether you're aligning components or spotting tiny defects, you know the little things make a big difference.
  • Steady focus, steady hands - You’ve got solid hand-eye coordination and can stay calm and focused, even during repetitive or delicate tasks. Quality stays high, no matter the pace.
  • A problem-solving mindset - You don’t just follow instructions, you think critically. If something’s not quite right, you troubleshoot quickly and keep the process moving.
  • A get-it-done attitude - You work efficiently, stay organised, and always aim to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
