- 10+ years' experience designing mechanical services systems (HVAC)
- Design & Build experience is essential
- Be able to carry out site surveys & visits
- Confident in meeting with clients & liaising with key decision makers
- Ability to present designs to the Contract Management team
- A good working knowledge of BMS & Controls
