Mechanical Design Engineer required for manufacturer and designer of large vehicle parts (Steel) based in Deeside. The successful candidate will ideally be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with experience as a Design Engineer using SolidWorks. You will be the sole Design Engineer but training can be provided by the Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company who have just opened a new modern facility in Deeside.
Job Overview:
- Using SolidWorks and other CAD systems
- Supporting the team with your technical knowledge
- Developing the product range

- Getting involved in projects
- Liaising with site in Germany with occasional visits and teams calls
Job Requirements:
- Degree served in a mechanical engineering subject
- Strong SolidWorks skills
- Must be in a commutable distance of Holywell
- Ideally experience as a Design Engineer
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary dependent on experience but likely £30k-£40k
- 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30
- Can be flexible with hybrid working once trained
