We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Sous-ready Chef de Partie.
  • Is passionate about British seasonal cookery and exceptional produce.
  • Excels at mentoring and supporting junior chefs.

  • A supportive, organised and professional working environment.
  • Genuine opportunities for progression as the business grows.
  • The chance to help build an exciting new restaurant from day one.

If you're ready to take the next step into leadership and want to be part of a kitchen that values teamwork and development as much as great food, we'd love to hear from you.
