  • Guest focused: You take pride in making guests feel at home and ensuring they leave happy
  • Great communication: Clear, polite, and confident speaking to guests and colleagues
  • Reliable and punctual: Committed to your shifts and ready to be part of a new team from day one
  • Team player: Happy to pitch in wherever needed and support your colleagues
  • Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus — not required — full training will be provided
  • Right to work: You must hold valid permission to work in the UK
