We have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Assistant to join our Pension Administration team. This team is responsible for supporting Pension Administration teams in reconciling bank accounts, investments, contributions and annuities. This is a permanent role that can be based in our Liverpool, Glasgow, Cheltenham or Birmingham offices working on a hybrid basis.

A Snapshot Of Your Day

  • Assist with the maintenance and reconciliation of accounting and banking records
  • Assist in cashflow forecasting and arranging investments and disinvestments
  • Reconciliation of pooled investment funds
  • Assist in overseas payment processes
  • Project based work, as agreed from time to time

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above is essential, however experience in the role is more desirable than other academic achievement
  • Relevant Financial Services experience or a background in accounts would be a benefit
  • Knowledge of the pensions industry would be advantageous but is not essential
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
