We are working on a brilliant opportunity for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support two highly successful business partners with fast-paced personal and professional lives. The business partners have very different working styles, this role requires a polished, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent PA who can provide seamless support with warmth, discretion, and efficiency.

This is a varied and dynamic position, combining private PA, lifestyle management, and property oversight across multiple residences in London and internationally. A key focus of the role will be property and household management, ensuring homes run smoothly and all related matters are proactively managed. This is a new role with an immediate start date as such this is a temporary to permanent role.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing bills, insurance, maintenance schedules, household logistics, and liaising with external suppliers and contractors.
  • A great team of household staff are in place, so the successful PA must be comfortable working collaboratively within a wider team while confidently taking ownership of their own remit.
  • The role will also involve high-level lifestyle support, including complex diary management, travel coordination, personal administration, and helping to streamline busy family schedules.
  • Both partners are looking for someone who feels like a true extension of their team – someone who will actively seek ways to make life easier, stay one step ahead, and take ownership of day-to-day organisation.
  • The preferred PA will combine both strong PA and property management experience, be highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, with the ability to structure busy weeks effectively, anticipate priorities, and juggle competing demands.
  • Strong emotional intelligence is essential, as you will be managing differing personalities, adapting communication styles, and bringing balance and professionalism to every situation.
