Data Protection Contract / Full-time UK Wide / Remote
Overview
We are expanding our Data Protection team and seeking experienced DPO Consultants to provide outsourced services to our growing client base. You will act as an external DPO for multiple organisations, ensuring their compliance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
Responsibilities
- Act as outsourced DPO for multiple client organisations
- Monitor and ensure GDPR compliance
- Handle Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
- Develop and maintain privacy policies and procedures
- Liaise with the ICO on behalf of clients
- Respond to data breaches and manage incident reporting
Requirements
- GDPR Practitioner or equivalent certification
- Experience as a DPO or in data protection roles
- Strong understanding of UK data protection law
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of data protection by design principles
