In this role, you will analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and work closely with stakeholders to implement meaningful changes that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business process analysis and mapping
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Support change management initiatives
- Create financial models and performance dashboards
- Monitor and report on transformation progress
Requirements
- 3+ years in business analysis or consulting
- Experience with process mapping and optimisation
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Financial modelling and reporting experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in analysis tools (Excel, Visio, Power BI)
- Business or management qualification preferred
